Stripe is looking for a passionate Product Manager to join our Payments team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the vision and execution of our payment products, ensuring they meet the needs of our merchants and customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance the payment experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Define and execute the product roadmap for payments products, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.,Collaborate with engineering, design, and product teams to deliver high-quality payment solutions.,Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement.,Work with stakeholders to prioritize features and initiatives, balancing business objectives with user experience.,Monitor product performance metrics and iterate on products based on data-driven insights.,Represent Stripe at industry events and conferences to showcase our payment solutions.,Mentor and coach junior product managers and team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,3-5 years of experience in product management, particularly in the payments or fintech industry.,Strong understanding of payment systems, technologies, and compliance requirements.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.,Proven track record of delivering successful products and meeting business objectives.,Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced, iterative environment.,Experience with data analysis tools and techniques to inform product decisions.,Passion for payments and a commitment to creating exceptional user experiences.
