📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage financial records and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for Powerchina's international projects.
• Collaborate with Mandarin-speaking colleagues to ensure accurate cross-border financial reporting and budget management.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with international accounting standards.
• Coordinate with Powerchina's international partners to resolve financial discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records.
• Maintain financial documentation and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Utilize SAP and Excel to manage financial data and prepare reports.
• Participate in financial audits and internal reviews to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial management or accounting.
• Proficiency in Mandarin language, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of international accounting standards and financial regulations.
• Experience with SAP and Excel for financial reporting and data analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
