📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote new mobile sales and credit products.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of financial proposals and credit offers.
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and follow-up.
• Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in credit marketing or financial services.
• Strong understanding of credit risk assessment and financial products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
