📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire lifecycle of corporate contracts, from drafting and negotiation to execution and termination.
• Ensure all contracts comply with Indonesian and international laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular compliance audits to identify and mitigate legal risks.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to business units on contract-related matters.
• Review and negotiate vendor agreements, employment contracts, and service contracts.
• Maintain and update the company's contract database and documentation system.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts support business objectives.
• Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends to proactively address potential risks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal or contract management roles.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international business laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in using legal software and contract management tools such as Clio, ContractWorks, or similar.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in contract law or legal compliance is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
