PT Sejahtera Langit is looking for a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear and accurate technical documentation for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate complex information in a simple and accessible way.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services,Collaborate with engineering, product management, and other teams to ensure documentation accuracy and relevance,Create user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide training and support to other team members on technical writing best practices,Contribute to the improvement of documentation processes and tools

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,2-3 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software (e.g., MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar),Experience with API documentation is a plus
