In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects and facilities to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management and facilities management, with a strong understanding of operational excellence and customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of project planning, execution, and closure to ensure timely and successful completion.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance facility operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of projects and facilities.,Monitor budget and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.,Conduct regular facility audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the facilities team.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff to develop their skills and capabilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management and facilities management, with a strong background in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of local regulations and best practices in the hospitality industry.,Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
