Publicis Re:Sources is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Associate to join our Master Data Management (MDM) team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of our master data across various business functions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain our MDM strategy, ensuring that our data is reliable and up-to-date.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the implementation of the MDM strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.,Develop and maintain data quality standards and processes to ensure the accuracy and consistency of master data.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring data integrity.,Monitor and report on data quality metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in MDM, and drive innovation within the team.,Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Participate in project management activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.,Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to ensure the successful integration of MDM solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Quality, or a related role.,Strong understanding of data governance, data modeling, and data integration concepts.,Experience with MDM tools and technologies, such as Informatica MDM, IBM InfoSphere MDM, or SAP Master Data Management.,Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing MDM initiatives.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex data quality issues.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
