Smart Gold Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and profitability. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance.,Implement and maintain health and safety standards in the restaurant.,Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop the restaurant staff to ensure they meet the required standards.,Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development and cost control.,Experience with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
