PRIMA Mandiri is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring their efficient and safe operation. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and ensuring vehicles are in good working condition.,Monitor vehicle performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth operation of the fleet.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and recommend strategies for improvement.,Assist in the planning and execution of fleet-related projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
