Puskesmas Lestari Coffee is seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. We are looking for someone who is friendly, multilingual, and has excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors to our facility.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors with a warm and professional manner,Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate department,Check-in and check-out guests, and maintain accurate records,Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns,Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction,Maintain a clean and organized reception area,Assist with administrative tasks as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities,Proficiency in using office software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
