📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create learning materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with managers to integrate learning and development initiatives into the company's strategic goals.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
