📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Manage and mentor a team of supervisors and staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and service quality.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.,Proven track record of managing teams and operations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with hospitality or service industry is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field.,Experience in a multi-cultural environment is advantageous.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
