📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients and partners.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Represent the company at industry events and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Knowledge of the retail industry and market trends.,Ability to travel for business purposes.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
