In this role, you will be responsible for leading our laboratory operations, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our test results, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our laboratory processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily laboratory operations, including test scheduling, sample processing, and result reporting.,Lead a team of lab technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and quality control procedures.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.,Conduct quality assurance and quality control activities to maintain high standards in test accuracy and reliability.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services with overall business operations.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to laboratory equipment and processes.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a laboratory setting.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.,Proven track record of managing laboratory teams and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards, such as ISO, GLP, and CLIA.,Proficiency in using laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and other relevant software.
