As an HR Employee Relations Officer, you will be at the heart of our company's success. You'll work closely with employees, managers, and stakeholders to foster a positive work culture, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with company policies. Daily, you'll handle employee relations matters, from onboarding to offboarding, and everything in between. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
• Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and feedback sessions to gauge workplace satisfaction.
• Collaborate with managers to address performance issues and provide coaching and development opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to employee relations.
• Organize team-building activities and social events to strengthen team cohesion.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Employee Relations or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
