Mandiri Nickel is looking for a dynamic and experienced Deputy Area Manager to join our team in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the assigned area.,Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Manage and mentor a team of supervisors and staff to achieve company goals.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies.,Lead and participate in cross-functional projects to drive business growth and innovation.,Ensure the achievement of financial targets and operational KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the mining or industrial sector.,Proven experience in operational management and leadership.,Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Familiarity with ERP systems and data analysis tools is a plus.
