📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service to high-end clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

• Assist in the sales process, including documentation, test drives, and negotiations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our proprietary CRM system.
• Stay updated on the latest Mercedes-Benz models, features, and promotions to provide informed advice.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Handle customer complaints and issues professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-net-worth individuals.
• Proficient in using CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of Mercedes-Benz models and luxury automotive market trends is a plus.
