Gold Store Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our branch, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the branch, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Drive sales growth by implementing effective marketing strategies and promotions.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales associates, providing training and support as needed.
  • Monitor branch performance against KPIs and provide regular reports to the regional manager.
  • Maintain a clean and organized branch, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer service.
  • Represent the company at local events and networking opportunities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management or sales management role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving branch performance.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
