📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in managing employee relations, including resolving conflicts and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Support the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation.
  • Maintain and update HR records and reports.
  • Assist in the organization of HR training and development programs.
  • Support the HR Manager in other HR-related tasks as needed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
