📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including coordinating with candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.,Support the HR team in managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, benefits, and performance data.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll-related documents.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including addressing inquiries and resolving issues.,Assist in the organization and coordination of HR-related events and activities.,Support the HR team in maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations is a plus.
