📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the IVF healthcare facility, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and other related reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.,Provide financial guidance and support to the management team.,Monitor and control the financial performance of the organization, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and regulatory requirements.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with financial reporting and analysis is a plus.
