📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide individual and group counseling to students to address personal, social, and academic challenges.,Develop and implement school-wide programs to promote student well-being and mental health.,Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to student support.,Conduct assessments and interventions to address learning disabilities and behavioral issues.,Advocate for students' rights and ensure their voices are heard within the school community.,Organize and participate in school events and activities to build a strong school spirit and sense of community.,Maintain accurate and confidential records of student counseling sessions and interventions.,Stay up-to-date with best practices in school counseling and attend relevant professional development workshops and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Certification in School Counseling (e.g., National Certified Counselor - NCC) is a plus.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in school counseling or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents.,Knowledge of Indonesian education system and curriculum.,Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.,Proven ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced school setting.,Familiarity with student assessment tools and techniques.
