📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of telemarketers to achieve sales targets.,Develop and implement effective telemarketing strategies to maximize sales.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance metrics.,Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in telemarketing or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role.,Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with CRM software is a plus.,Familiarity with sales and marketing principles and best practices.
