CV Eka Kusuma is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Procurement Staff to join our team in Kalideres, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of materials and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet company needs and objectives.,Manage the procurement process from request to final delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and prices.,Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure quality and reliability.,Conduct regular supplier audits and evaluations to maintain high standards.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations and timely delivery of materials and services.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a strong background in managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.,Proven track record of successfully managing procurement processes and achieving cost savings.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
