📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring that all medications are dispensed accurately and safely.
• Manage a team of pharmacist assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure they are trained and motivated to deliver the highest level of service.
• Ensure that all medications are stored and handled according to industry regulations and best practices.
• Review and approve all prescriptions, ensuring that they are accurate and appropriate for the patient.
• Provide patient education and counseling, helping them to understand their medications and how to use them safely.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for medications as needed.
• Ensure that the pharmacy is clean and organized, with all equipment and supplies in good working order.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the field.

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
