As an HR Employee Relations Officer, you will be at the heart of our company's success. You'll work closely with employees, managers, and stakeholders to foster a positive work culture, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with company policies. Daily, you'll handle employee relations matters, from onboarding to offboarding, and everything in between. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
- Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and feedback sessions to gauge workplace satisfaction.
- Collaborate with managers to address performance issues and provide coaching and development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to employee relations.
- Organize team-building activities and social events to strengthen team cohesion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Employee Relations or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
