📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Retail Sales Consultant in managing daily sales activities and customer interactions.,Support in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales data.,Assist in training and mentoring new sales staff to ensure high performance standards.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns effectively.,Participate in sales meetings and presentations to promote our products and services.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify new sales opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
