As a Deputy Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Logistics Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our logistics department. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing logistics activities, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and controlling logistics operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Manage and track transportation schedules and routes to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities and prepare regular reports for the Logistics Manager.
  • Participate in meetings and provide input on logistics strategies and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
