Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and increase market share.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and strategic partnerships.,Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals through effective sales and marketing initiatives.,Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.,Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and business development activities.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of business development efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
