📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of staff to achieve branch targets and goals.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Monitor branch finances and prepare regular reports for senior management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Organize and lead branch events and activities to enhance customer engagement.,Implement and monitor customer service standards to ensure high-quality service delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.
